Update and strengthen existing programs and implementing additional initiatives that further support our children
Introduce a little-to-no-cost program that will:
End the hiring of non-credentialed classroom teachers under the guise of emergency credentials
Expand the Peer Tutoring program to include the lower grades
Encourage the Board to publish a monthly news update in the Silver Lakes Ledger to keep parents informed about Board of Trustees activities
Review and update classroom textbooks and software programs so students work with current materials that are ordered in a timely manner so they are received before the start of the school year.
Enhance and expand the Grant Writing program I introduced when I was the Board president in 2022
I will remain fully visible, accessible, and responsive to parents, teachers, and community members. Together, we can build a stronger foundation for Helendale's children.
